Linkin Park est un groupe de rock alternatif américain formé en 1996 en Californie par Mike Shinoda. Le groupe comporte aujourd'hui 6 membres permanents : Chester Bennington au chant, Mike Shinoda au chant, à la guitare, au synthétiseur, Brad Delson à la guitare, Phoenix à la basse, Rob Bourdon à la batterie et Joe Hahn au mixage et platine
Rencontrant un grand succès au début de leur carrière avec Hybrid Theory et Meteora contenant des titres comme In The End, Papercut, Breaking The Habit, From The Inside ou encore Numb, les californiens se diversifièrent plus tard avec Minutes To Midnight ou encore A Thousand Suns et Living Things
Groupe souvent considéré pour les adolescents, l'image de Linkin Park change au fur et à mesure au bout de douze ans de carrière.
